Filament 3D ReFill PCTG Gray

ROSA3D ReFill PCTG Gray is a technical material from the copolyester family, designed for printing components that require greater resistance, durability and stability than standard PET-G.

It combines ease of printing with high impact strength, good heat resistance and excellent material transparency. It does not require a heated chamber, making it suitable for both hobby printers and more advanced workshop and functional APPLICATIONS:.

WHY CHOOSE PCTG LIGHT GRAY?

• Higher impact strength than PET-G. The material withstands impacts and loads better, making it suitable for functional components and parts exposed to everyday use.
• Temperature resistance up to 76°C. PCTG is suitable for APPLICATIONS: where standard materials may lose stability more quickly when exposed to heat.
• Minimal shrinkage and good dimensional stability. It facilitates the printing of precision models and helps reduce the risk of deformation.
• Strong layer adhesion. It helps produce durable, solid and resistant prints.
• Easy to print. PCTG does not require a heated enclosed chamber, although an enclosed chamber is recommended for the best process stability.
• Versatile light-grey finish. The light-grey colour makes it possible to create attractive prints with a technical, neutral and professional appearance.

PCTG Gray is suitable for printing enclosures, containers, lampshades, covers, functional components, technical parts, display models and projects requiring durability and a neutral light-grey finish.

It is a good choice for projects that need to be durable, dimensionally stable and more resistant than prints made from standard PET-G.

This is a ReFill insert. To use it, you need a reusable Masterspool. You can print one yourself (the STL file is available in the “DOWNLOADS” section) or buy one from our shop. Print efficiently and sustainably.
