- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained via the website www.rosa3d.pl (hereinafter referred to as: the Platform), its subpages, concluded sales contracts and provided electronic services and the rules and information on the cookies used.
- The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to ensure your privacy protection in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (“General Data Protection Regulation”), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.

- Your personal data is processed on the basis of:
- art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, i.e. to prepare an offer, conclude a contract, perform an order, issue invoices, keep documentation;
- art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. in order to keep accounting records, Platform accounting documents that are the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, answer inquiries from authorized state authorities;
- art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. pursuing claims and protection against claims, answering the question contained in the contact form, direct marketing of the Administrator’s products or services.
- Providing your data by you is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion of the contract and its implementation, as well as to fulfill the obligations imposed by law and the implementation of legitimate interests resulting from the activity conducted by the Administrator.
- The recipient of your data may be: a bank, a law firm, an IT company, a hosting service provider, a transport company, an accounting office – on the basis of a contract and in accordance with instructions. In addition, your personal data may be made available to entities and bodies authorized to process such data on the basis of legal provisions.
- Your public data shared by the so-called public sources – i.e. official and public websites and official registers (KRS, REGON, etc.) are also processed by the Administrator.

- for purposes related to the performance of the contract – until the claims under this contract are expired;
- for purposes resulting from legal regulations – until the period required by these regulations expires (i.e. for tax, accounting and archiving purposes);
- in the case of data processing on the basis of consent – until its withdrawal or until you object and withdraw your consent to their processing.
- Due to the processing of your personal data by our company, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify, transfer, delete or limit the processing of your personal data, as well as to object to the processing of your personal data and lodging a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
