PC-PBT +15CF – technical filament for special tasks
PC-PBT +15CF is a high-strength technical filament designed for industrial applications. It combines polycarbonate (PC),
PBT and 15% carbon fiber (CF), which translates into exceptional mechanical resistance, temperature stability and durability in outdoor conditions.
Compared to pure PC, the addition of PBT significantly reduces deformation and improves dimensional stability, while carbon fiber provides a matte, professional finish and increased stiffness.

- -High impact strength – greater impact resistance than PET-G or ABS
- -Resistance to temperatures 90-110°C – for work in an environment with elevated temperatures
- -Resistance to UV and outdoor conditions – suitable for outdoor applications
- -Low shrinkage (up to 1%) – easier to print than with PC or PC/ABS
- -Good adhesion to the bed – stable first layers, even with large models
- -Residual electrical conductivity – thanks to carbon fiber (does not meet ESD standards)

- -External components exposed to UV, moisture and oils
Printing parameters:
- -Nozzle: 250–280°C (steel or hardened recommended)
- -Table: 90–110°C
- -Chamber: closed, heated (50–80°C)
- -Airflow: 0–20%
- -Drying: 6 h / 80°C
PC-PBT +15CF is a filament for the demanding. It offers
higher impact strength, temperature resistance and stability than popular materials such as PET-G or ABS – and this with an easier printing process than pure PC.
