ROSA3D PC-PBT+15GF (HT-UV-IMPACT) Gray 1 kg is a high-strength polycarbonate-based material for parts exposed to significant mechanical and thermal loads. It is a good choice for projects where build quality, repeatability and the characteristic properties of the PC-PBT+15GF series matter.
Technical materials in this group require careful printer preparation and temperature tuning for the specific variant. Proper conditions help achieve strong layer bonding and stable dimensions.
WHY CHOOSE PC-PBT+15GF?
- Glass-fibre reinforcement. The fibre content improves rigidity and stability of technical components.
- For demanding applications. The material is intended for projects where durability and function matter more than decorative appearance.
- Stable technical parts. With correct settings, strong layer bonding and accurate geometry can be achieved.
- Post-processing options. Depending on the material, technical prints can be mechanically processed and finished.
APPLICATIONS
Machine parts, brackets, structural components, technical housings, prototypes and industrial components.
COMPATIBILITY
- Bambu Lab: start with Generic PC or the closest available material profile.
- Because of the fibre content, a wear-resistant nozzle is recommended; store the material dry.
- For higher-shrinkage materials, a stable, preferably enclosed chamber is recommended.
TECHNICAL MATERIAL. DURABLE PARTS. RELIABLE FUNCTION.
