FILAMENT 3D ROSA TPU HardTech+ 83D, Impact - Abrasive - UV - H2O - microbe- resistant Black 1kg

ROSA3D TPU HardTech+ 83D Black 1 kg is a hard technical TPU elastomer with high abrasion resistance for parts requiring resilience and durability. It is a good choice for projects where build quality, repeatability and the characteristic properties of the ROSA TPU HardTech+ 83D series matter.

TPU is a good choice for parts that need to flex under load and return to shape. Proper speed and stable filament guidance help produce a repeatable printing process.

WHY CHOOSE ROSA TPU HARDTECH+ 83D?

• Hard technical elastomer. The material combines limited flexibility with strong functional durability.
• Abrasion resistance. The elastomer performs well in parts exposed to friction and frequent use.
• Strong layer bonding. Correct settings can produce durable, homogeneous flexible parts.
• Wide range of uses. TPU suits seals, covers, dampers, grips and protective components.

APPLICATIONS

Seals, covers, dampers, protective components, grips, wheels and rollers, flexible couplings and functional parts.

COMPATIBILITY

• Bambu Lab: use Generic TPU and reduce print speed as required by the material.
• Prusa: use a TPU/Flex profile and tune retraction and feed speed.
• An enclosed chamber is generally not required; stable filament feeding is important.

FLEXIBILITY. RESISTANCE. FUNCTIONAL PARTS.
