ROSA 3D R-ABS is a durable and practical filament made from high-quality recycled ABS, offering an economical and more eco-friendly approach to 3D printing. The material retains the key properties of classic ABS, providing high resistance to temperature, impact, and mechanical loads — making it ideal for prototypes, technical parts, and functional components.

Produced from recycled material, R-ABS reduces waste while maintaining performance comparable to virgin ABS. It features excellent mechanical strength and stability in demanding working conditions. Prints can be easily post-processed — sanded, drilled, threaded, or smoothed with acetone. The filament performs best in an enclosed chamber, minimizing the risk of warping and improving print consistency.

The material is well-suited for structural elements, brackets, mounts, housings, and protective covers. For Bambu Lab and Prusa printers, the recommended setting is the Generic ABS profile.
