PA12+CF15 is an advanced 3D filament that combines the durability of nylon with the addition of 15% carbon fibers, offering extraordinary mechanical and thermal strength.
Thanks to its resistance to temperatures up to 160°C and low weight, it works great as a replacement for steel elements, allowing you to create lighter but equally solid structures.
PA12+CF15 filament prints have successfully undergone a double powder coating process and oven polymerization at 181°C for 15 minutes!
Ideal for prototyping, mechanical parts or industrial applications, PA12+CF15 ensures ease of printing and low processing shrinkage.
The matte surface of prints looks elegant and professional, and the possibility of powder coating them expands the design potential.
For best results, it is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles (min. 0.4 mm) and print at temperatures of 250-300°C with a heated bed of 70-120°C.
This makes the filament ideal for advanced users and professionals who need reliable materials for demanding projects.
