FILAMENT 3D ROSA TPU 75D 15 Glass Fiber, HT Black (1kg / 1.75mm)

ROSA3D TPU 75D +15GF Black 1 kg is a hard TPU elastomer reinforced with glass fibre for resilient yet highly durable technical parts. It is a good choice for projects where build quality, repeatability and the characteristic properties of the ROSA TPU 75D +15GF series matter.

TPU is a good choice for parts that need to flex under load and return to shape. Proper speed and stable filament guidance help produce a repeatable printing process.

WHY CHOOSE ROSA TPU 75D +15GF?

• Glass-fibre TPU. Reinforcement increases rigidity and stability while retaining part of the elastomer behaviour.
• Abrasion resistance. The elastomer performs well in parts exposed to friction and frequent use.
• Strong layer bonding. Correct settings can produce durable, homogeneous flexible parts.
• Wide range of uses. TPU suits seals, covers, dampers, grips and protective components.

APPLICATIONS

Seals, covers, dampers, protective components, grips, wheels and rollers, flexible couplings and functional parts.

COMPATIBILITY

• Bambu Lab: use Generic TPU and reduce print speed as required by the material.
• Because of the glass fibre, use a wear-resistant nozzle and ensure stable filament feeding.
• An enclosed chamber is generally not required; stable filament feeding is important.

FLEXIBILITY. RESISTANCE. FUNCTIONAL PARTS.
