ROSA3D ReFill PCTG + 10CF is a technical material based on copolyester (PCTG), reinforced with carbon fiber (CF), designed for printing components that require increased stiffness, dimensional stability, and high surface quality.

WHY CHOOSE PCTG + 10CF?

• Increased stiffness (CF). The addition of glass fiber reinforces the material’s structure, allowing it to be used in parts exposed to loads and more intensive use.
• Dimensional stability. Carbon fiber reduces material shrinkage and improves dimensional control, making it easier to print precise technical components.
• Chemical and environmental resistance. The material performs well when exposed to moisture and many substances commonly used in technical environments.
• Matte surface finish. The presence of carbon fiber gives prints a technical, matte appearance that additionally reduces the visibility of layer lines.

This is a ReFill-type spool insert. To use it, you’ll need a reusable Masterspool. You can print one yourself (the STL file is available in the “DOWNLOAD” section) or purchase it from our store. Print efficiently and sustainably.

COMPATIBILITY:

• Bambu Lab: use the Generic PCTG profile.
• Prusa: use the Generic PETG profile.
• Print with an enclosed chamber.
• A hardened steel nozzle is required.
