PET-G Standard HS – toughness and versatility

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ PET-G Standard HS filament is characterised by a V2 flammability class in accordance with UL94. This means that parts made from this material cannot burn for more than 30 seconds after the flame is removed, although flaming droplets may appear. It is a versatile material, ideal for simple as well as more demanding projects.

PET-G V0 FR – safety first

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The second filament we tested was PET-G V0 FR – an advanced material developed for projects where safety is a key consideration. It has a V0 flammability rating, which means that in the event of contact with fire, the burning time does not exceed 10 seconds and the material is self-extinguishing.

Experiment with fire
