ROSA3D TPU Flex LW is an advanced flexible filament that actively foams during the printing process, enabling the production of exceptionally lightweight, soft, and resilient parts without compromising overall quality. The material maintains excellent layer adhesion, resulting in uniform, durable components that are resistant to mechanical damage. It is designed for projects where low weight, flexibility, and shock-absorbing capability are essential, and where standard TPU proves too heavy or insufficiently flexible.
The volumetric foaming technology used allows the weight of prints to be significantly reduced without the need to modify the 3D model geometry, giving designers greater freedom and saving valuable time. By adjusting the printing temperature, users can precisely control the level of foaming and, consequently, tailor the hardness, density, and elasticity of the finished part to specific requirements. Prints made from TPU Flex LW remain soft and elastic while offering high impact resistance and durability, even at higher foaming levels.
The distinctive, subtly porous surface structure gives prints a technical and functional appearance that emphasizes their practical character.
