ROSA-Flex 85A is a versatile 3D filament with exceptional flexibility and durability.
Made of thermoplastic polyurethane, it is ideal for technical prints that require resistance to mechanical damage and stretching.
Thanks to its elasticity, the filament can be bent, compressed and stretched many times, without the risk of deforming the original shape.

This material is also distinguished by high chemical resistance – it is insensitive to grease, oils and many solvents.
Excellent interlayer adhesion ensures strong and durable prints. ROSA-Flex 85A will work well in applications such as smartphone cases, drone components, seals, silencers or device housings.
Printing recommendations:
- Print temperature: 220-250°C
- Table temperature: 30-60°C
- Cooling: 50-100%
- Filament can be printed on unheated tables, and for better adhesion it is worth using an adhesive agent.

Please note that the material requires drying before printing to obtain the best results.
