PVA filament is a perfect solution for creating complex 3D models with perfectly reproduced details.
Its biggest advantage is full solubility in water, making it ideal as a support material for filaments such as PLA, PET-G, TPU or PA.
After printing, simply immerse the model in warm water and the supports will disappear, leaving a smooth surface. The dissolution time depends on the thickness of the PVA structures and the water temperature – it usually takes from several dozen minutes to several hours.
Version – PVA-2 – offers higher thermal resistance, making it suitable for more demanding projects and work in a chamber heated to 70°C.
PVA is printed at temperatures of 190-215°C and does not require a heated table.
It is compatible with open 3D printers, making it a versatile and convenient material.
Remember! that PVA is a hygroscopic material and sensitive to sunlight. To maintain its properties, store it in a sealed container with a moisture absorber, in a dark place away from direct UV radiation, at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Prolonged exposure to light can weaken its structure and affect the quality of the print.
Biodegradable, odorless and easy to use – PVA is an irreplaceable material that allows you to implement even the most complex projects in 3D printing!
