ASA is a 3D filament that is irreplaceable for projects that require durability in harsh weather conditions. Thanks to its excellent resistance to UV radiation, moisture and high temperatures, ASA is an ideal choice for outdoor applications – from automotive components, through device housings, to various types of covers and structural elements that must survive intense sunlight or rain.

This filament combines the advantages of ABS, such as high durability and stability, with unique properties that make it more resistant to external factors. Compared to ABS, ASA minimizes shrinkage during printing and emits a much less intense odor, which makes working with it much more comfortable.

Printing ASA is easy if you use the right settings: the optimal temperature is from 230 to 260°C, and the table is best set to 70-110°C, which ensures great adhesion and stability of the layers. ASA prints are not only durable, but also aesthetic, maintaining their quality and color even after long-term exposure to the sun. ASA is the best choice if you are looking for a filament that will not let you down even in the harshest conditions!
